  3. Our design service fee is fixed, independant of your furniture choices or final stylling costs
  4. Onsite work (styling, setup, supervision) incurs additional charges
  5. Trade services such as electrical work, painting, plumbing, or wali mounting are not included and are billed separately
  6. Custom furniture, decor sourcing, or installations may involve extra material and delivery fees.
  7. Option to choose from brand-new items or pre-loved items.
  8. Shipping and deliveries are dependent on vendor timelines and availability
  9. All additional services are optional, clearly quoted in advance, and fully transparent
